Source verification

Investment theses, program criteria, procurement notices, deadlines and availability can change. Users are responsible for confirming material information with the relevant investor, government body, procurement authority or other primary source before relying on it.

Computed recommendations

Fit scores, rankings, tags, recommendations and analyst notes are platform-generated or platform-curated indicators. They are not endorsements by the organizations referenced and should be treated as decision-support signals only.

Accounts

Member credentials are individual unless an enterprise agreement states otherwise. Users must protect credentials and may not attempt to access data or workspaces they are not authorized to use.

Deal rooms

Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and confidentiality of content placed in deal rooms and for obtaining any required permissions from counterparties.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the service for unlawful solicitation, deceptive outreach, unauthorized bulk extraction, circumvention of access controls or activity that infringes third-party rights.
